Nedbank Call Centre Puff and Pass

Passed around 5 agents with none willing to help or listen to what i have to say. They all say let me pass you to the relevant section. I had to stop the fifth one from passing me to the next person and tell her to stop Puff and and Passing me. And that's when i got a rude help. But at least i got help.
