Nedbank Call centre Poor Service

Nedbank call centre ***has provided me with poor service on several occasions .The most recent one is calling for a follow up on one of my accounts regarding payments where I was transferred to several departments yet none of the agents could assist and also showed lack of interest in my query.Two agents transferred me to a different department but actually hung up the call. When I finally spoke to an agent about my payment query she said she will escalate my enquiry via email.When I asked for a reference number she gave her name and Surname. I am disgusted by this poor service. I Definitely won't recimmend Nedbank to anybody and will use a different bank in future.
