Nedbank call Centre agents will be the reason nedbank shuts down

I absolutely hate all of their call Centre agents , they are all rude and condescending. I just got a call from some Delaney with regards to a ***** amount that was taken off my account and she so rudely spoke to me then dropped the call in my ear afterwards when I started getting impatient because of her lack of knowledge and her irrelevant opinions . I really feel like nedbank needs to up their game or slowly but surely they will lose all their clients , I have never had these issues with FNB.
