Nedbank Call Centre

I just would like to thank Zandile at the CC Collections for his help and assistance with my problem with my CC statement. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and understand what I explain to him. I gave him a 10. However i could not said the same of most of the consultants in that call Centre.
