Nedbank call center pathetic

I have a bond with nedbank for 12 years, never ever fail to pay. Every month on the 1 the debit order goes off my nedbank cheque account. This month it did not go off. I phone the call center spoke to 5 people. One informing me that my bond is in arrears HALLO I know that is why I am phoning you to tell you exactly that. I ha been transferred from one person to another with No joy sorting out the problem. I just want to pay my bond. Your call center is pathetic
