Nedbank call center no help at all

Hi, I am writing this review with utmost frustration with the nedbank call center, I have been contacting nedbank from last year trying to get access to my credit card and loan account so I can settle it in ful, from last year I have been getting the run around, and the call center agents keep cutting the call on me, today I tried again to call them they gave me a number for legal when I called that number the lady thobile ngobile answered and said that was not legal so why are they giving us wrong numbers and they don't want to assist with helping what are there there for, there's no assistance from the nedbank call center at all.i need them to contact me on *** as I am not wasting my airtime anymore on them.
