Nedbank call center is super useless

Nedbank call center is such a nightmare, they might as well just close it down, I called in last month x3 requesting to update my new banking details for my homeloan all calls were dropped didn't to call back, I called in yesterday and spoke to Nontobeko at homeloan specialist dest dropped the call I called again spoken to Karabo and she played a music on my ear after I requested a Team leader for full 7 minutes I was holding until she cut the call yhooo m so drained and gatvol with Nedbank until now new bank details are not amended
