Nedbank Call Center - Home Loan query

Called the Nedbank Call Center - 860 555 111. Gave up the first three times as the wait was so long. Fourth time the consultant took my query and then cut me off. Fifth time the consultant took more details then informed me, incorrectly, that I am a small business client and transferred me again to another queue, without even letting me confirm that I am not a small business. Seems the consultants just want to get rid of calls!
