Nedbank call center agents no help at all

Hi I had such a bad experience with nedbank call center you cannot get any help from those agents working there its unbelievable they are so unprofessional I have a credit card and a loan with nedbank which I wanted to get statements from to free up as I am currently coming out of admin but they keep saying they can't help they give me numbers to call that don't work and they transfer me to people that say they cannot help me I am so upset with how nedbank train dey call center staff 2 be I need urgent assistance and getting no help
