Nedbank Call Center

1 Rating is too much. I phoned the call center 6 times, asking I need to order foreign exchange from the Somerset West branch. Nobody was able to put me through successfully. I still have not ordered it or speak to someone to help me. WHY is the facility taken away to phone the branch directly. It is the worst experience every with a call center. Please do something about it.
