I would like to thank Caro Morton, I had a query on the 5th of May 2020 and I chatted with her via the live chat on the nedbank app, at that pointing time she had to investigate the issue, and oh boy she did get to the bottom of issue! she contacted me today with great news, that my query is resolved.
