NEDBANK C0MPLAINT NOT ADDRESSED

After my initial very negative response about NEDBANK,I had a missed call on my mobile which I did not recognize,on my mobile-no message was left.I phoned back this number and it was Nedbank.The gentleman who answered the phone has no idea why I phoned back.After holding on for some time,he told me the Nedbank social media would phone me back promptly-still waiting for their call.It's bleedingly obvious their shocking service gets worse and worse. .
