Nedbank Business - Welkom - Terrible, inefficient service.

Nedbank Business - It has taken me 8 weeks+, numerous calls and emails to change the repayment of a loan from annual to monthly. And still I have had no success. I have literally never experienced such useless service. On the bright side - I have started to move all my business banking to Investec Private bank and what a change it has been. Ordinary banking procedures that take Nedbank 2-4 Weeks seem to happen in less than 30 minutes at Investec.. I can recommend anyone to try them.
