Nedbank business services not proactive nor helpfull

Looks like I am not the only one Nedbank has inconvenienced with their business account , worse I communicated with them on the 5 of March and to date the matter has not been resolved neither any communication has been sent to me on the progress . I have payments that have bounced back because of this inconvenience.

So disappointed as free banking with them for this while
