Nedbank business practice

I took out a loan last month and my salary date is the 25th. To my surprise they debit me on the 24th. I called the call centre and the lady said " because you got paid on the 24th of last month they have set my default date to that date". My salary did not come into my account on the 24th as the 25 was on a Monday.. How can they just choose their own debit date????? Now I am sitting with a bounced debit order and may be liable for a penalty and it will also affect my ITC. This is not good business practices and I will surely spread the word of how nedbank works. It is suppose to be simple. Take my debit on the day that I have asked you to, but no, you don't care about peoples livelihood. I am in the process of fixing my ITC as I want to buy a home, now you just set me back. I want you to call me please, not to say you are sorry or tell me how your stupid business practice works but to tell me how you will restore my ITC scoring and penalties regarding a bounced debit order. If I have not heard from Nedbank I will take it to Social media and spread the word, I AM FED UP!!!
