Nedbank Business Overdraft Issues

I am utterly disappointed in the way Nedbank is handling our business overdraft. They just send us an e-mail (Monday morning) and said your facility not available anymore. Furthermore, there is no one that we can speak to, to sort out the issue. It is always escalated to someone new with more delays in response from Nedbank. The worst service I have ever seen with limited to no updates to keep the client informed of processes or what is further required to speed up the process.
