Nedbank business Loans!don't border yourself!

To whom it may concern.

I have recently app**** for a business loan with Nedbank directly at the branch.i have submitted all required documents as per request for validation.every day I received messages to send supporting documents and when I do,I now need to verify every transaction and income.i have already supp**** all personal statements from 2 different banks,letter from the account,statements ITA30 ETC.

When I called the call centre the agents were lovely,willingness to assist and spoken very well by they way.

But your verification department!?I was informed that the application has been handled by multiple people in that department and each one of them requires different support documents.

Surely the process of applying for a loan does not take three weeks?

I am very disappointed and have asked for this application to standard bank and see if they can assist.

Please cancel the cheque account as well and delete my profile as I do not require it any more.
