NEDBANK BUSINESS DISAPPOINTS

Nedbank seems to be unable to fix their own internet communication problems. I have complained to more than one branch...One problem has been there for years. Apparently the branch I was hoping to move to for better service is now closing. I spent more than an hour there today. Amongst other things highlighting that I am unable to get e-mails from my own BUSINESS ACCOUNT to my e-mail address. The very friendly and patient man assured me he was sending me an e-mail with new very NB info. Only to get home to my laptop and find there is nothing. Again. The same was experienced when I called their business helpline. It seems to be time to find another bank.
