Nedbank Business Banking is Terrible

Recently opened a business account with Nedbank. Totally frustrated. My banker does not respond to emails. Eventually I get hold of him and he tells me Nedbank Business does not send email proof of payment. How backward is this bank! If I want an email proof of payment I have to email him with details of transaction and he'll manually email me POP!
