Nedbank business banking is pre-mature and a waste of time

I am really confused what is taking Nedbank so long to do what it takes other banks like FNB and Absa 2 days. I opened a business account with Nedbank 3 weeks ago and it took them a week to unfreeze the account, I have no idea why a new account was frozen to begin with. After unfreezing the account it's now taking them almost 2 weeks to verify the account details on CSD and this is really costing me because I need to submit my invoice so I can get paid but I can’t do that without having a valid bank account approved/verified by the financial institution I claim to bank with. I could have opened an account with FNB (like I did for my other 2 businesses) but I thought Nedbank would be convenient since I already bank with them and have a personal banker with them but boy was I wrong. I even called my business banker asking about this situation which turned out to be a waste of airtime because she had no clue about anything. I really don't know where to go from here. Do I open another account with another bank whose business banking is awake? I don't know. I've wasted good 3 weeks on this nonsense account.
