Nedbank business banking disappointing

Nedbank business profile disappeared after changing the money app password. Impossible to link the business account without a profile number pin and password. I called the *** number.....no help retrieving it.....called my business banker how many times....no answer.......called 0800 number again.....eventually put me thru to business banker who can not assist unless I come into the branch. Absolutely ridiculous.....not the first time I've got such bad service from nedbank business banking. Since 2009 I've held this account. No call backs no help at all
