Nedbank business banking cresta bad service

I went to open an account in Cresta on Wednesday, the business banker then asked me to make an apointment and i told her I was already there and the branch is empty she refused to open then account. after I asked her why I must make an appointment while she did not have a client. she then asked for my documents and then said a certain document was missing. I went to the car to get the document and came back the branch was still empty and I was the only customer there. she refused to open the account and said she closes at 4 even though the branch was opened and the working hours in the doors said 5. I aske for her card so I can make the then appointment and she said i must open the account online basically even refusing to make the appointment. I was fuming but I left as my spouse asked me to and she refused to give me her name.
