Nedbank business banker useless & constantly refusing to assist me as a business client

Nedbank business banker is absolutely useless and doesn't care about my business interests as a small growing business owner ,Salome Solms is in every way sabotaging my business in that she is constantly not assisting me as an allocated business banker I made an application for border payments for my project in DRC and still awaiting feedback she is not following up and I constantly send messages and she ignores them.I am not sitting with penalties for my contract due to her inconvenience and incompetence.I requested Nedbank to allocate me another banker but because of some reason they haven't done it.I am tired of engaging this banker and as soon as this payments are released I will look for another bank.I can't be treated like this as a small developing company
