Nedbank business bank is the WORST service provider.

Nebank is the worst when it comes to small businesses. I have had my business account with them for almost 2 years and in that time I have lost 2 business bankers who were just unhappy employees and I have now been without a business banker for over 2 months! No one is able to assist, the branch refers me to the call center and the call center refers me to the branch. Do you know how frustrating you are on my business!!!! How can you expect me to come in to queue for every query in this digital day and age. You are useless and *********** I am giving you until Friday to sort yourselves out or else I am switching banks this weekend!!!
