NEDBANK BUSINESS ACCOUNT NOT ACTIVE - PROTEA GLEN MALL, TRADE ROUTE MALL, BRAAMFONTEIN NEDBANK

Good day I would like to say and confirm that Nedbank is by far SA's worst bank. I have been having issues with my business account and I always have to be at a Nedbank branch to be assisted after an hour or two hours all the time. I have been trying to withdraw funds but NEDBANK only gave me a R2000.00 limit with a banking app that does not work. Apparently they have to activate it at the branch which I have been too more than once. I called your contact centre and I was told that there is a hold on the account and that is why my Business account and the APP are both not working. May I suggest and request that someone does call me back to look into this issue.
