NEDBANK BUSINESS ACCOUNT HOLDERS

been a loyal customer of Nedbank,have a business account. it had no transaction for 5 months but not on a minus. my business banker failed to communicate with me via email, as they could not reach me on my cell phone number. No efforts were taken to inform me of this. I was then moved to another business banker, even so no communication from the bank. This was my first experience as a businessperson. i bank with other banks, and they communicate every change on my account .Clearly we are separated depend on how much you bring to the account and why is the business banker not reviewing this account . they would have been aware
