Nedbank business account fiasco

I am very frustrated with the service from Nedbank. I opened a business account online and all went well, the account was opened and I made the initial deposit. The all went downhill. My account was immediately restricted due to fica requirements not met. I could not get any help from my banker and the account went into arrears as I was still being charged for a non functioning account. I tried to close the account and was told that even though I could open the account online I had to drive to a branch to close it. This took 3 attempts and the account is still not closed and I am still being charged. All things considered its a great way to get money for nothing, I wonder if this can be considered a ****, charging for no service.
