Nedbank Business

I bank with Nedbank Vaal Mall have not had any issues until something fishy went wrong yesterday Friday the 8th May

3 weeks ago I spoke to a consultant from head office about registering a business and was informed I need IDs and proof of address for both of us and it will cost R175 to secure with a name.

Then yesterday It dawned on me hold I spoke to a consultant who said he can help but my colleague and I must meet at Vaal Mall. I said he lives in Alberton and will arrange. Then he said R500 to register..... After the call I kept my cool as he caught me off guard as I was busy with a schedule

How can we drive if we have no permits How can it be R500 if all the banks say its R175 to secure a name and add me and my colleague

How can the 1st consultant say I'd and proof of address and the 2nd from Vaal mall say no proof of address is needed
