Nedbank business

I am dissatisfied with Nedbank, I have 2 business accounts that have transacted about 4 million rands but they refuse to see potential in my business. They declined each and everyone of my applications yet I don’t have any judgments on my credit profile. I am only asking for help while I’m still growing my vegetables and they do have all the information but still not having anyone to understand the business in order for them to be able to assist me.
