Nedbank Bunisess Account Closed without a warning - No ones is willing to help reopen it

I am disappointed in Nedbank Business Banking contact center. My business account has been closed, without a warning. I had to contact the call center because the Phalaborwa branch does not have business bankers. The call center people are so rude and *********** to the point that, they would rather put you on hold for 20 minutes, whilst claiming to be asking their colleague whether or a closed account can be reopened. This is such an inconvenience and I do not understand, why Nedbank is not training its personnel to know the products they offer and procedures involved. May I get someone who going to perform the simply task of reopening my business account, please.
