Nedbank bunch of *******

After my credit card had been handed over.i made arrangement to pay a thousand rand every month on a credit card i owed less than 13k...i ave been asking for statements since day 1.but no avail. Today finally i got my statement.i owe the bank 18 k...i have paid 6000 thus far.but i dont get y my balance remains the same. Also.the statement came up with wrong adress. Who can assist me get to the bottom of this. I need all the recorded fonecalls for when i agreed to pay the 1000.by now i was supposed to ave been half way to finish paying.but instead...with the amount i payed they adding to my credit
