Nedbank bully unemployed customers and do not want to listen to reason

I have been retrenched two years ago. I have tried to uphelp my commitment, but because I am married out of community of property and we are not earning anything - I have had many issues between the personal loans and overdraft departments... I regularly receive 7 calls a day and does not matter what I say - Nedbank clearly does not listen to my situation.

I went i to the bank, but have to make telephonic arrangements every 3 months ... for me to hold on for hours is not an option, and they do not want to assist when the call me.

I can only do what I can. I do not have an income! I am not a viable candidate for job market, but keep on trying. I do what I can and have upheld my promise until the last few months and to be threatened have put me into a very vulnerable negative relationship with the bank .... is this ok to bully customers like me in my situation?
