NEDBANK BULLIES THE RETRENCHED AND UNEMPLOYED

Good morning our learned people.
I was retrenched on 31 Aug 2015 and been unemployed since then as I am just not able to find employment.
My query is this.
My Nedbank saving account did become overdrawn as a result of bank charges by R121.83, there were debit orders that were returned by the bank as the companies refused to stop the debit orders, I eventually had stop payments activated at the branch.

SARS paid my refund out into my account and was in the clear with my account.

With my SARS refund I paid as many of my debts as possible and left under R100.00 in my account to cover bank charges, but in the intrim, Nedbank Credit Card took almost R 2000 from my saving account and this has now left me in the red and badly overdrawn on the savings account.
As and how I have received monies in from selling personal belongings or doing some part time odd work, I have been paying my accounts with whatever funds I do have available.

On 28th March 2017 I received a phone call (1st call) regarding my overdrawn savings account whereby I informed the caller the caller that I am still unemployed

Today I got this sms:
In a RECORDED CALL with NRR, you acknowledged your Seriously Overdue Nedbank Account, however you failed to HONOUR YOUR PAYMENT. The sheriff liaison officer is available until 8:30pm tonight to prepare your issued court notices, to enable the Sheriff to serve at your place of WORK & HOME, during this week. Ref********* Call ********** 325 or ********** 864.

1. - I have unable to make any commitment to pay any set amount on any of my accounts due to the fact that I am unemployed
2. - I personally furnished Nedbank with a copy of my retrenchment letter which should be on my file with the bank.

WHAT MUST I DO????????
