Nedbank bull**** Speedpoint!

I have been struggling with the speedpoint that Nedbank provided me for almost a year now. Despite numerous complaints, nothing has been done.

Today I lost money becaue of it! The damned thing shut down just after the customer entered his pin. The customer gets notification that the transaction went through but I have no record of it on the speedpoint!

This is bull****! I am a paying customer but still have to accept **** service from my bank!!!!!!!!!
