Nedbank - Building loans

I see I am not the first to complain about the Building loans process.. If anyone is considering Nedbank as a building loan option please reconsider it completely. We app**** for a building loan on the 22nd of May 2025.. It is now 30 July 2025 and we finally got a 1st payment from Nedbank. I even have a private banker that "assists" with the process but I am in absolute shock at how terrible the process is. No one explains the process because no one knows what the process is. I've had to resend documentation atleast 5 times in the last 14 weeks of struggling with the registration process and then we got to request for payment process and then the wheels just completely fell off. There is never any feedback except when you ask for it and cc the staff's management and the complaints department.. I could write an essay on how terrible the experience has been with Nedbank. I will be finishin my house with Nedbank but I will be moving my loan and all my Nedbank accounts to another bank as soon as I am done with the project. The best thing Nedbank can do here is close the Building loans department.. This type of service will drive away all their clients.
