NEDBANK Building insurance, you'll never get feedback from them

<p>I logged a Claim for my pool that is leaking 27-10-2016. The Inicial contact with them was not bad. but after a contractor was appointed to asses the damage, I never heard anything back from Nedbank.</p> <p>I send 3 follow up emails to ********** and again no feedback EVER.</p> <p>Claim reff no. C ********** 50605.</p> <p> </p>
