Nedbank Building Insurance is a ****, DONT INSURE WITH THEM.

Im extremely disgusted, frustrated and disappointed by Nedbank Building insurance. My garage ceiling collapsed as a result of flood rain water and excessive rain in December. Ive logged a claim in December 17th been following up between December and February and be passed from one person to another. Finally on February 16th someone called with most hideous excuse NOT to pay the claim. And their reason is that it was a result of a wear and tear. My house and roof are regularly maintained and shocked to hear the contrary. Insurance companies has been flooded with similar claims and trying to minimise their liability by rejecting credible claims. I thought i had a credible insurance for an emergency but they just collecting a premium. Im disgusted.
