Nedbank Brooklyn Mall!!!!No service delivery

I am very disappointed in Nedbank Brooklyn Mall,

I want into the branch over 5 weeks ago

To apply for a bond take over,or to remove a deceased person on a bond.

I was told they dont do that at the branch,but asked to send documents on email and the request will be sent to an advisor.

I have followed up with the consultant who was assisting me by the name of Prince,

To this day the application has not been processed nor have I received feedback. I also went in the branch this week seeking feedback.

I was told this would be attended to but and that I would be given a call.

Its been a week,I didn't not receive any call.

Can someone at Nedbank assist

This is rather disturbing and disappointing!!!!!!!!
