NEDBANK BRANCHES SERVICE MODEL IS THE WORST EVER

You go to Nedbank to withdraw money inside because it is a club account, and you are made to wait for up to 2hrs.

NEDBANK's service model of having tellers doing everything, which was previously done at different stations inside the bank, is the worst model ever. In most instances they have very few tellers.

If it were not for the Club Account, which my preferred Bank does not offer, I would never set my foot at Nedbank.

I have had the same experience in Richards Bay, and I have been waiting today at the Musgrave Centre branch. Only 2 tellers serving do the "telling".

NEDBANK POWERS THAT BE MUST RETHINK THEIR MODEL. WE CANNOT TAKE A DAY'S LEAVE FOR GOING TO THE BANK TO WITHDRAW MONEY.
