Close the brach at Mall of the South. I was informed to go and collect new bank card. On Nedbank web site and Google maps it stated branch is open. When arriving at the branch itself it is closed. Staff just point to paper and walk away. The bank can send messages to take your money with adverts on policies and so forth to sell to you but can't inform clients of banking hour that has changed.
