Nedbank Branch Service

Nedbank must have the worst service ever, after waiting for over an hour at Greenstone Branch I gave up there are 8 teller points with only 3 manned. So I went to Bedfordview Branch same 11 teller stations 3 manned. Waited for 1.5 hours for service for an account they had made dormant because I had not made any ATM transactions on it. I had done internet transactions. The only problem been there is no ATM card linked to the account. So I will have to go back through this bad experience again when they decide to make the account dormant again. Best of all we pay Nedbank for this bad service, any other company we would have walked out without having to pay anything.
