Nedbank Branch - Jane Furse

What I experienced today at the Nedbank Branch in Jane Furse was utterly disgusting and so disrespectful. A consultant by the name: Mischak made me wait for 4 hours to open my business account. While I waited, the guy was busy with his mobile phone and work phone chatting to his friends. I could overhear the conversations. To make matters worse.. He would call his own friends first to help them before me. This made leave your branch and go top another bank where I took less than 30mins to get help. Nedbank is utter nonsense!!!!!
