Nedbank Branch Inquiry

The Nedbank branch in Raisethorpe, Pietermaritzburg is has been closed for 3 months. I have been a client at Nedbank for many years. I have been dealing with this branch only. I demand to know the reason behind this putrid inconvenience, if this branch has closed permanently we need to be informed so we can move our accounts to other major banks in the area. The staff are present in the bank but refuse to assist us. This is unacceptable.
