Nedbank Brakpan

Hi everyone my name is Lucky from Anzac Brakpan, I opened up an account with Nedbank at Brakpan last month,they did open it then told me to come back later as their system was off for a card,since then I went several times to get one but still nothing,went again then was give a letter to go back to home affairs as stated my information is not circulating, yesterday I came back with all they wanted still nothing,the manager was so rude & she said I should come back next week cause there is nothing to be done,she is ***********,rude, bossier, ******** & she has no respect for clients, what makes matters worse her staff seems to be scared of her..what a bad service in Brakpan Nedbank branch
