Nedbank Bond Statement nightmare

I am writing this in absolute anger and frustration. I need to get a bond statement but have been sent from pillar to post. And am not able to get one due to begin on Debt Review. i need to get this to get off but Nedbank is not interesting in assisting me. I would move my Bond from Nedbank purley of the lack of assistance and interest in assisting a client even if we are under debt review. Worst Bank ever.
