Nedbank Bond Registration Attorney

Hi Nedbank,

Myself and my husband are first-time homeowners and we're still currently in the process of registering our bond with the Attorneys that you guys have appointed. At the outset , I need to say , that the poor service that I've been receiving from Kemp&Associates (Durbanville) has been pathetic to say the least.

As a first time home-owner , my husband and I have been very excited about this process until we met with these lawyers 2 weeks ago. They do not provide feedback or keep us informed during this process and if ever progress is communicated its when I've followed up via email only to receive a lousy 1 liner response. The only time I've received more than a one liner response, was from the Director, Mr Kemp - when they declined our request for a discount on their professional fees after it was discussed in our consultation with the lawyer appointed to us.

Do you really want these lawyers on your panel , when they're giving your clients this type of service?

There's nothing that I can do to change my situation right now otherwise i'll have two bills to pay , however , I think that you should be aware of the type of service these people are providing to your clients. I would definitely never recommend their services to anyone, and I think that you should consider your association to them as now I will forever have them implanted in my mind as "Nedbank's Bad Lawyers".

I am a very disappointed First-Time Home Buyer and all due to their lack of professional service whom you guys appointed.
