Nedbank Bond Insurance Refund

I came to Hello Peter and ask for help with my predicament that is so tormenting me for the last 9 years. I will for ever have my appreciation and gratitude on your assistance.

I have cancelled my bond insurance 3 times personal visits to Nedbank branches on these dates: (1) May 2011 (Lenasia), (2) Dec 2014 (Southgate), (3) 18 Nov 2019 (Southgate). As from the first date of requesting on cancellation of insurance at no point was I Lydia Fatima Abdull informed on the rules of the Bond insurance. All three cancellation request was done at Nedbank branches by personal visits. The first letter which I have emailed to Nedbank insurance department was from Nedbank Southgate and that was the first time I was informed to write a letter on the date of 18 Nov 2019. The insurance was then cancelled telephonicly by Natasha Ref No: ***1 My discrepancy with Nedbank is that they wrote off 2015 to 2019 outstanding amount, but did not refund me for 2012, 2013 and 2014 insurance paid. What I am requesting is to be refunded was for the years I have paid my insurance which was to have been cancelled. 1. March 2012 - R 2594.67 2. March 2013 - R 2791.10 3. March 2014 - R 3066.58 Grand total R 8452.35 The insurance amount that was paid (R 8452.35) for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 plus interest and legal fees to be refunded. On the 13 Dec 2019 I went to Nedbank Southgate branch to find out about my refund. I Spoke to assistant branch manager Babalwa Matshinye regarding my refunds on money I have paid in, she told me there is nothing more she can do for me, and that I must contact the Ombutsman to have it resolved.
