Nedbank bond cancelation is draining me to death

I got a house loan with nebbank in 2016. Due to the pandemic i lost my job and asked netbank to gibe mr the settlement amount to settle the bond. I paid off the bond.i asked for the insurance to be cancelled and the bond to be canceled. I was given the statement that stated that the bank ows me - 440.97.a week later the amount decreased. I called tge bank and they now tokd me to contact the load counsel attorney. I did. I was told by Mellisa from van der walts attorneys to pay R4538.35 for attorney bond cancelation fee. I did. As i am now waiting for the tittle deeds. I get the email saying i must pay nedbank the outstanding balance of R3167. 10.i called nedbank to explain to me what is it for? I have been taken from pilla to post. I used my last cent to pay off the bond but its clearly shows that this whole thing is some kind of **** that will never end. Whenever i call i get to be told different information. Can someone help me to get my deed in peace. I cant go on like this.
