Nedbank Blocks Foreigners' Accounts for no reasons

As a foreign resident we are obliged to FICA. And I was called to do that at the Nedbank Potchefstroom Brunch. It was all sorted and the Lady. Maria was extremly helpful. The problem came after my Account was done FICA. Then for some unkown reason. I was blocked by their Head Office. I cannot access my saving and as a Student need them to pay up my studies. Been Marching to Nedbank the entire December 2019. Told one thing after the other and did the things but still nothing. Currently in Parys and still matching to Nedbank but no help.

I mean if my Account was successfully FICA. Why would you block my funds. Its a month already and you keep dragging your feet.

The Parys Branch has tried soliving this matter countless times but to no avail. I emailed personally the Nedbank Head office the whole month and not even a word.

After my blockage. I will never even wanna see the colour green in my life. Nedbank is making my life hell... May you please just rembuise my money and keep your Account. That much stress I dont need it in my life .. .
