Nedbank Blocking Account Access with no notification

Dear Nedbank

In June last year, you decided to block my account without any notice. This evening, I try make a purchase and suddenly the transaction is declined. Upon checking my account, balance set to zero. I make contact with the call centre...another block placed and that department has gone home.

How do you have the ability to remove my funds, this is a cheque account with a positive balance, there is no credit card nor overdraft linked at all to this account.

Last time I raised a complaint about the manner in which this was done and the time it took for Nedbank to resolve this issue. Seems nothing has changed

Please note that removing my access to my money means that I cannot put petrol into my car for work, nor can I feed my family or take care of my elderly father in a step down facility. This is not fair and cannot take so long to resolve again.
